Тверской суд Москвы отказал в жалобе на административный арест одного из лидеров «Солидарности» Ильи Яшина, признанного накануне виновным в неповиновении законным требованиям сотрудников правоохранительных органов после митинга 5 декабря в центре столицы, сообщает РАПСИ.
Таким образом, вступило в силу решение мирового судьи Ольги Боровковой, заключившей Яшина под арест на 15 суток.
Срок ареста оппозиционера исчисляется с 2.30 мск 6 декабря.
