За 11 месяцев этого года в виде ипотечных кредитов было выдано свыше 500 млрд рублей, сообщил глава Минрегионразвития России Виктор Басаргин, передает РИА Новости.
Как сообщил он на заседании президиума правительства РФ, по ипотечному кредитованию Россия возвращается на докризисный уровень. Басаргин напомнил, что в этой области считался самым удачным 2008 год, когда сумма ипотечных кредитов составила 630 млрд рублей.
Говоря об объемах жилищного строительства, министр подчеркнул, что в 2011 году планируется ввести порядка 63 млн квадратных метров жилья.
