Сегодня утром из следственного изолятора Симферополя спецконвой вывез на экстрадицию в Россию бизнесмена Александра Меркулова, сообщает «Фонтанка». Об этом заявила адвокат бизнесмена Юлия Дорофеева, которая считает экстрадицию своего подзащитного незаконной, поскольку он находился в стадии соискателя статуса беженца на территории Украины: «Согласно закону, его нельзя в этот период экстрадировать, пока не будет решен вопрос, приобретет он статус беженца или нет».
По мнению адвоката, в России жизни и здоровью Меркулова угрожает опасность. Напомним, что граждане РФ Александр Меркулов и Александр Корпушов объявлены в международный розыск как подозреваемые в организации покушения на совладельца компании «Петербургский нефтяной терминал» Сергея Васильева и в убийстве его охранника. Были задержаны в Крыму 21 февраля.
