Жесткие диски в России резко подорожали, пишет «Ведомости». Газета приводит данные, основанные на подсчетах блогеров, что за октябрь жесткие диски подорожали в среднем на 171%, а самые массовые из них — объемом 1 Тб и 750 Гб — более чем втрое.
По оценкам аналитиков, цены на жесткие диски в российской рознице выросли в среднем в 1,5 раза. Причем эти цены, по их мнению, искусственно взвинчены. Например, «М-видео» пока держат цены на прежнем уровне.
Представитель «Евросети» Ульяна Смольская рассказала, что закупочные цены на жесткие диски выросли на 30-40%, но в магазинах ценники пока не меняли, старых резервов хватит, по ее словам, еще на две-четыре недели.
Причина подорожания — наводнение в Таиланде, где затопленным оказался основной завод крупнейшего мирового производителя жестких дисков Western Digital, на который приходилось 60% всего производства компании. Производство жестких дисков в Таиланде остановилось в лучшем случае до I квартала 2012 г., уточнил финансовый директор Western Digital Вольфганг Никл. Также сильно пострадали от наводнения таиландские подразделения Nidec, где заводы закупают электроприводы для жестких дисков и на которые приходится 70% всего мирового производства этих приводов.
Из-за роста цен жестких дисков перед Новым годом подорожают и компьютеры, уверены их сборщики, опрошенные «Ведомостями». Компьютеры «Acer», например, по мнению источника газеты, могут подорожать на 1000-1500 руб.
