«Я подписал указ о спасательных воинских формированиях МЧС, в котором устанавливается, что на базе войск гражданской обороны формируются спасательные воинские формирования вашего министерства», — сказал Медведев на встрече с главой МЧС Сергеем Шойгу.
Глава государства отметил, что в указе утверждается положение об этих формированиях, их структура и состав.
