Дезактивация ввезенных в РФ радиоактивных объектов на территории страны не допускается, они подлежат принудительному вывозу. В частности, прокуратурой было подано семь исков о вывозе радиоактивных автомобилей, попавших в Россию в июле. Пять исков уже удовлетворены, два находятся на рассмотрении.
