Михаил Ходорковский с 2003 года отбывает наказание в исправительной колонии № 7 карельского города Сегежа. Бывший глава ЮКОСа в декабре 2010 года был приговорен к новому сроку — 14 годам. Позднее срок снизили до 13 лет.
