Судебный иск к российскому концерну «Газпром» подан немецкой компанией «E.On», являющейся одним из крупнейших потребителей российского газа на территории Европы, пишет «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на заместителя гендиректора «Газпром экспорта» Сергея Челпанова». Поводом для арбитражного иска немецкого концерна послужили газпромовские цены на газ, поставляемый в Европу.
Ранее итальянская компания «Edison» добилась от «Газпрома» скидок на поставляемый газ. Она также подала иск в суд по поводу цен в 2010 году, а в 2011 году получила от российского концерна скидки на поставляемый газ.
«E.On» является одним из крупнейших потребителей российского газа в Европе. Он покупает около 50 процентов всего газа, который следует из России в Германию.
Концерн не в первый раз пытается добиться пересмотра контракта с «Газпромом». В 2010 году компания добилась от «Газпрома» спотовых (биржевых) цен для примерно 15 процентов поставок газа (рыночная цена газа меньше, чем цена газпромовских долгосрочных контрактов). В текущем судебном иске немецкий концерн, по данным обозревателей, может требовать от российской стороны того, что все 100 процентов поставок проходили по спотовым ценам.
