Крупнейший в России сотовый ритейлер «Евросеть» отказался от первичного размещения акций (IPO), сообщает РИА «Новости». Президент компании Александр Малис пояснил, что одна из причин неудавшегося IPO — слабая информированность инвесторов о бизнесе «Евросети».
Планировалось, что "Евросеть" разместит до 252252 обыкновенных акций, чтобы привлечь около 140 миллионов долларов. IPO российской компании на Лондонской фондовой бирже (LSE) должно было состояться 15 или 18 апреля. При этом оценка «Евросети» была снижена с 3,2-4,9 миллиарда до 2,7-3,3 миллиарда долларов.
Основным владельцем «Евросети» через Alpazo Limited является Александр Мамут. Ему принадлежит 50,01 процента акций. Еще 49,9 процента у «Вымпелкома» (торговая марка «Билайн»). Под управлением «Евросети» находятся более четырёх тысяч торговых точек в России и странах СНГ.
