Сегодня в Санкт-Петербурге на площади Ленина произошёл прорыв магистральной трубы теплоснабжения. Диаметр прорыва составил 400 миллиметров. В местном МЧС сообщили, что в результате происшествия на месте аварии образовалась яма. В образовавшуюся воронку провалился автомобиль ВАЗ-2101. В машине находились два человека. Они не смогли самостоятельно выбраться из ямы и принялись звать на помощь прохожих. Однако люди побоялись лезть в кипяток. Извлечь пострадавших удалось лишь прибывших на место происшествия спасателям. Оба мужчины остались живы, но получили серьёзные ожоги ног.
В результате инцидента движение на площади Ленина было частично перекрыто. К восстановлению теплоснабжения и починке магистральной трубы приступили сотрудники местных теплосетей. Предполагается, что работы будут завершены к вечеру пятницы.
