Бывшему декану медицинского факультета СПбГУ Сергею Петрову Городской суд Петербурга отказал в восстановлении в должности. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба вуза.
Петров хотел восстановления на работе, взыскания зарплаты и компенсации морального вреда.
«Экс-декан считал, что при его увольнении были нарушены сроки применения дисциплинарного взыскания и порядок привлечения мнения профсоюза. Также он оспаривал свое выведение из состава Ученого совета факультета», — пояснили в СПбГУ.
Городской суд признал законным увольнение Петрова и отказал в удовлетворении всех требований.
