Второе место в десятке лучших мировых перевозчиков заняла сингапурская Singapore Airlines, а третье — ближневосточная Qatar Airways. В десятку также вошли Cathay Pacific, Air New Zealand, Etihad Airways, Qantas Airways, Emirates, Thai Airways и Malaysia Airlines.
Лучшим низкобюджетным авиаперевозчиком мира, согласно исследованию Skytrax, второй год подряд был признан AirAsia. Наиболее эффективным авиаальянсом был выбран OneWorld.
