Розничная сеть по продаже мобильных телефонов «Евросеть» обратилась в ФАС с жалобой на ритейлера «Связной», пишут «Ведомости».
Компания требует признать не соответствующим закону «О защите конкуренции» соглашение Apple и «Связного» о прямых поставках iPhone в Россию, заключенное осенью 2012 года. «Евросеть» не устраивает, что по этому контракту iPhone в России может продавать только «Связной», в этом она видит нарушение антимонопольного законодательства.
ФАС имеет полномочия предписать Apple и «Связному» расторгнуть договор, если убедится в том, что либо производитель, либо продавец занимают более 20% рынка.
«Связной» стал единственным официальным продавцом iPhone в России после того, как от поставок в Россию отказались сотовые операторы. Альтернативных дистрибуторов Apple пока не нашла.
