В Госдуму внесен проект поправок к статьям водного кодекса РФ, направленный на упрощение доступа спортивных и прогулочных судов под флагами иностранных государств в территориальные воды России.
В документе впервые на законодательном уровне будет прописано определение спортивного прогулочного судна. Инициаторами проекта выступили депутаты Сергей Шишкарев и Федор Швалев.
"Решение этого вопроса позволит значительно интенсивнее развить туристическую инфраструктуру как в прибрежных городах, так и внутри страны, даст новые рабочие места, послужит развитию регионов. Россия недополучает в бюджет миллионы долларов", — заявил председатель наблюдательного совета Всероссийской федерации парусного спорта (ВФПС), губернатор Тверской области Дмитрий Зеленин.
По его словам, процедура оформления необходимых документов, должна быть максимально простой и понятной для зарубежных владельцев спортивных судов.
Как отметили в ВФПС, принятие данных поправок станет важным элементом позиционирования России в мире как морской державы и решит одну из важнейших проблем развития яхтенного туризма в России.
