Китай решил ввести антидемпинговые пошлины на поставки катаной стали из России и США. Об этом сообщает Bloomberg со ссылкой на сообщение министерства торговли КНР. Размер пошлин будет варьироваться от 6,3 до 64,8 процента.
Минимальные пошлины в размере 6,3 процента будут платить крупные поставщики стали из России — Новолипецкий металлургический комбинат и компания "ВИЗ-Сталь". Остальные российские поставщики заплатят налог, составляющий 25 процентов.
Антидемпинговая пошлина для двух американских компаний AK Steel и Allegheny Ludlum составит 7,8 и 19,9 процента соответственно. Остальным компаниям придется заплатить налог в размере 64,8 процента.
Введение пошлин на импортную катаную сталь вызвано желанием Китая поддержать отечественных производителей.
Кроме того, как отмечает издание The Economic Times, данная мера была спровоцирована решением США в ноябре 2009 года ввести антидемпинговые пошлины на импорт китайских стальных труб в размере 99 процентов.
В сентябре того же года министерство торговли США объявило, что накладывает штрафные тарифы в размере 31 процента на ввоз труб из Китая. Тогда Китай выступил с резкой критикой американского правительства и пообещал принять "серьезные ответные меры".
