Международная группа InterContinental Hotels Group намерена открыть первый в России отеля под брендом Indigo в Петербурге, сообщает «Деловой Петербург». Отель на 120 номеров будет находиться на Суворовском проспекте. Открытие намечено на 2012-2013 г.
Проектом строительства занимается ООО "Отель "Вера", которому уже принадлежит один отель (68 номеров) на Суворовском пр. Инвестиции в проект составят около $20 млн.
