Россия по-прежнему не планирует прибегать к внешним заимствованиям в 2009 году, сообщил во вторник журналистам вице-премьер, министр финансов РФ Алексей Кудрин по итогам совещания в правительстве по проекту федерального бюджета на 2010-2012 годы.
"Действующая редакция Бюджетного кодекса позволяет совершать маневры между внешними и внутренними заимствованиями, но мы пока не планируем этого делать", — сказал Кудрин.
