Судебные приставы перестанут взыскивать с физических лиц долги менее 500 рублей. Об этом сообщает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС. Для должников-юридических лиц установлена минимальная сумма взыскания в 10 раз больше — 5 тысяч рублей.
Поправки, вносящие понятие "минимальная сумма взыскания" в закон "Об исполнительном производстве", 21 сентября одобрил Совет Федерации. На прошлой неделе поправки прошли третье чтение в Госдуме.
О том, что взыскание с должников незначительных сумм убыточно для государства, на прошлой неделе заявлял глава Федеральной службы судебных приставов Артур Парфенчиков.
По словам Парфенчикова, ФССП ежегодно получает от налоговых органов сотни тысяч исполнительных документов на суммы до десяти копеек. По каждому документу служба обязана возбудить производство, и в связи с этим на взыскание мизерных долгов ФССП тратит до пяти миллиардов рублей ежегодно. А себестоимость взыскания одной копейки достигает 400 рублей.
Парфенчиков предложил ввести накопительную систему задолженностей. И если сумма всех долгов гражданина незначительна, по мнению главы ФССП, задолженность необходимо списывать.
