Пресненский суд Москвы изменил меру пресечения в отношении отстраненного от должности главы правления Росбанка Владимира Голубкова, удовлетворив ходатайство следователя и отправив его под арест в СИЗО до 16 октября, сообщил РАПСИ в четверг его адвокат Дмитрий Харитонов.
Ходжатайство следствия об изменении меры пресечения было обосновано, по словам защитника, рапортом оперативника о том, что Голубков нарушал условия режима домашнего ареста.
Адвокат намерен обжаловать решение суда, так как считает, что фактов нарушений не было.
