Участники рынка взрывчатых веществ отмечают его падение в связи со снижением потребления стройиндустрией и не берутся спрогнозировать начало его восстановления.
Предприятие компании Orica Mining Services разместится в Севастьяновском сельском поселении Приозерского района Ленобласти. Оно займет площадь 22,5 тыс. кв. м и будет выпускать невзрывчатые компоненты эмульсионных взрывчатых веществ. Строительство завершено в мае. Как сообщил директор компании «Орика» в России Андрей Шемякин, начальная мощность предприятия составит 10 тыс. тонн в год с возможностью увеличения до 25 тыс. тонн. В строительство предприятия компания инвестировала $7,3 млн, строк окупаемости — 6 лет. В первый год работы завода ожидается годовой оборот $3,5 млн с увеличением в последующие годы до $10 млн. Руководителем ООО «Орика Санкт-Петербург» назначен Юрий Гаража.
ООО «Орика Санкт-Петербург» входит в группу компаний «Орика» — мирового лидера по производству взрывчатых веществ и систем инициирования для горнодобывающей промышленности и строительной отрасли. Головной офис компании находится в Мельбурне, Австралия. Компания работает более чем в 40 странах — в Европе, на Среднем Востоке, в Северной и Южной Америке, Австралии, Азии и странах СНГ. В компании работает более 14 тыс. сотрудников. «Орика» владеет также двумя заводами в России — СП с Уральской горно-металлургической компанией в городах Красноуральске и Гае, ведется строительство завода в Мурманской области. Потребителями компании являются угольные разрезы, горнодобывающие карьеры, подземные шахты, карьеры нерудных материалов и строительные компании.
В компании рассчитывают обеспечить предприятия Ленинградской области и республики Карелия. Одним из основных и первых потребителей станет ОАО «Гранит-Кузнечное» (входит в группу ЛСР), при поддержке которого осуществлялось строительство завода. Управляющий ОАО «Гранит-Кузнечное» Василий Кострица радуется открытию завода: «Месторасположение нового завода позволит осуществлять поставки взрывчатых веществ не только в Ленинградскую область, но и в республику Карелия. Поэтому месторасположение завода «Орика» является сильным конкурентным преимуществом. Мы подписали с заводом договор на поставку эмульсионных взрывчатых веществ», — заявил он, отказавшись назвать объемы. По его словам, эмульсионные взрывчатые вещества, используемые предприятием с 2006 года, оказывают минимальное воздействие на окружающую среду, безопасны в перевозке, так как свои взрывные качества приобретают непосредственно в скважине. Качество взрывов с использованием эмульсионных веществ также выше.
Объем рынка эмульсионных взрывчатых веществ в России — около 500 тыс. тонн в год, или около 10 млрд рублей. Крупнейшими игроками рынка России являются компании «Нитро Сибирь» и «Азот-Взрыв». Компания «Орика» занимает на российском рынке небольшую долю.
«Рынок взрывчатых веществ рос серьезно до финансового кризиса, но сейчас темпы снизились, так как рынок связан со стройиндустрией, — говорит директор по производству ЗАО «Нитро Сибирь» Юрий Александров. — Упав в два раза, он сейчас стабилизировался, но когда он начнет восстанавливаться — спрогнозировать сложно. Заявленные «Орикой» объемы производства могут быть реализованы лишь при подъеме рынка», — уверен он. Согласно исследованию, проведенному холдингом RBI, из всех застройщиков массового рынка 41% девелоперов Петербурга не ведет стройку ни на одном объекте, 25% ведут стройку на части своих объектов, 34% ведут стройку на всех своих объектах.
