Объем внутренних заимствований Российской Федерации в 2010 году может быть доведен до 1 триллиона рублей. Об этом сообщил во вторник на конференции «Облигационный рынок. Перезагрузка. 2009» заместитель министра финансов РФ Дмитрий Панкин.
По словам Панкина, в текущем году объем внутренних заимствований запланирован на уровне 530 миллиардов рублей. Однако с учетом текущей ситуации он может быть увеличен. «В этом году мы тратим Резервный фонд. На следующий год останется, но немного. Тратить все резервы неправильно. Планируем расширить объем привлечения и выходить на внешний рынок», — отметил замминистра финансов.
Комментируя планы по выходу на внешний рынок, Панкин сообщил, что в случае принятия такого решения объем привлеченных внешних заимствований в 2010 году может составить до 10 миллиардов долларов. Также он сообщил, что в настоящее время не принято решение о том, в какой форме Россия будет выходить на внешний рынок. «Может быть, будем привлекать средства международных финансовых организаций, привлекать синдицированные кредиты или выпускать евробонды. Мы будем решать», — подчеркнул замминистра.
По словам представителя Минфина, выход России на внешний рынок может стать значимым для российских компаний, поскольку «точка доходности» размещения России может стать базовой точкой для уровней доходности размещения российских компаний, передает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС.
