Еще более десятка исков рассматривается в арбитражном суде Петербурга от небанковских структур, а в прокуратуре уже появилась первая жалоба от дольщика. Главный акционер «Строймонтажа» – Артур Кириленко, 10% акций компании принадлежат владельцу Mirax Group Сергею Полонскому. В свою очередь, Кириленко является миноритарным акционером Mirax Group (10% акций). Бизнес обоих предпринимателей, собственно, и начался с питерского «Строймонтажа» в 1994 году. Общий же объем долгов компании Кириленко сегодня составляет около 9 млрд. руб. По докризисным ценам все земельные участки компании оценивались в 9,5 млрд. руб., но сейчас продать эти активы даже с большим дисконтом крайне проблематично. Облигации «Строймонтажа» неликвидны. Таким образом, стоимость активов Кириленко даже потенциально не покрывает общую величину долга компании. Компания находится в предбанкротном состоянии, делают вывод эксперты.
