Председатель Счетной палаты РФ Сергей Степашин подверг критике работу институтов развития, которые не принесли ожидаемой экономической отдачи государству.
Как передает ИА REGNUM, 25 декабря на совещании в Счетной палате на тему «Перспективы формирования устойчивой финансовой системы РФ» Степашин напомнил, что в докризисный период в России было создано несколько институтов развития для финансирования крупных инновационных проектов, которые должны были обеспечить диверсификацию экономики.
Успешная реализация поставленной задачи должна была стать защитой при резких изменениях потребления природных ресурсов в мире, сказал Степашин. К числу институтов развития он отнес Российскую венчурную компанию, Фонд технологического развития, Фонд содействия малым предприятиям в научно-технической сфере, госкорпорацию «Ростехнологии».
Степашин отметил, что на их развитие были выделены значительные финансовые средства — около 1 трлн рублей. «Однако на момент начала кризиса экономическая отдача от этих вложений не поступила. В структуре экономики доминирующую роль продолжает играть сырьевой сектор», — сказал Степашин.
