Долгосрочный рейтинг в национальной валюте был снижен до BBB с BBB+. Краткосрочный рейтинг в иностранной валюте агентство снизило до A-3, аналогичный рейтинг по национальной шкале — подтвердило на уровне A-2.
Изменение рейтинга связано с рисками ухудшения условий внешнего финансирования для экономики России, уточняет агентство.
