30 сентября Центробанк России отозвал лицензии сразу у трех банков: махачкалинского «Эсидбанка», самарского банка «Приоритет» и московского «Союзпромбанка». Об этом говорится в сообщениях финансового регулятора.
Во всех трех банках назначена временная администрация.
В сообщении ЦБ говорится, что «Эсидбанк» «проводил высокорискованную кредитную политику, связанную с размещением денежных средств в низкокачественные активы. В результате исполнения требований надзорного органа о формировании резервов, адекватных принятым рискам, кредитная организация полностью утратила собственные средства (капитал)». При этом отчетность банка «не отражала в полной мере информацию о неудовлетворенных требованиях кредиторов и вкладчиков, что свидетельствовало о ее существенной недостоверности».
Кроме этого, по мнению Центробанка, «Эсидбанк» не соблюдал требования закона по противодействию отмыванию доходов, полученных преступным путем и был вовлечен «в проведение сомнительных операций с наличными денежными средствами, совокупный объем которых составил порядка 2 миллиардов рублей».
«Союзпромбанк» не исполнял федеральные законы, которые регулируют финансовую деятельность, также он был вовлечен в сомнительные операции, связанные с выводом денежных средств за рубеж.
Самарский банк «Приоритет», согласно мнению ЦБ, не создал адекватные резервы принятым рискам. «В связи с потерей ликвидности кредитная организация не обеспечивала своевременное исполнение обязательств перед кредиторами. Руководители и собственники банка не предприняли действенных мер по нормализации его деятельности и восстановлению финансового положения», – говорится в сообщении ЦБ.
