Федеральная антимонопольная служба (ФАС) одобрило ходатайство структуры госбанка ВТБ — Airport Alliance — о покупке российских активов шведского сотового оператора Tele2. Об этом заявил руководитель ведомства Игорь Артемьев в кулуарах юридического форума России, передает «Интерфакс».
Глава ФАС добавил, что других заявок на покупку «Tele2-Россия» в службу не поступало, сообщает РИА Новости.
Ранее ВТБ объявил о покупке российского бизнеса Tele2 за 3,55 миллиарда долларов 27 марта. Из указанной суммы чистый долг «Tele2-Россия» составляет 1,15 миллиарда.
