Следственный комитет РФ подтвердил задержание нового фигуранта «болотного дела» – Александра Марголина 1971 года рождения, сообщает Lenta.ru.
По данным следствия, 6 мая на Болотной площади Марголин повалил полицейского на землю и бил его ногами. В своих подозрениях СК основывается на видеозаписях и показаниях свидетелей и потерпевшего. У Марголина провели обыск и изъяли одежду, в которой он был 6 мая.
Ожидается, что Марголину предъявят обвинение по части 2 статьи 212 (массовые беспорядки) и части 1 статьи 318 УК РФ (применение насилия к представителю власти). Мера пресечения в отношении подозреваемого еще не выбрана.
