Украинская военнослужащая Надежда Савченко, осужденная в России на 22 года колонии за убийство журналистов ВГТРК в Донбассе, начала заполнять документы на экстрадицию. Об этом заявил в четверг ее адвокат Марк Фейгин, сообщает РИА «Новости».
«Действительно, вчера Надежда Савченко получила экстрадиционные документы», — сказал Фейгин.
Он также заявил, что, по его мнению, Савченко после экстрадиции на Украину не будет отбывать наказание, поскольку обладает иммунитетом делегата ПАСЕ.
Со стороны российских чиновников комментария пока не последовало.
