Госфонд China Investment Corporation (CIC) купил 10% Heathrow Airport Holdings (ранее — ВАА), управляющей крупнейшим европейским аэропортом «Хитроу». Об этом сообщает CIC.
Ранее стало известно, что часть купленной доли — 5,72% — «дочка» фонда Stable Investment Corporation купила у испанской строительной компании Ferrovial за 257,4 миллиона фунтов (414,6 миллиона долларов).
Остальные 4,28% Stable купила у других акционеров управляющей аэропортом компании за 310,6 миллиона долларов.
