Вооруженная группа, захватившая здание ППС в Ереване, захватила в заложники бригаду врачей скорой помощи, которые прибыли по ее требованию для оказания помощи пострадавшим. Об этом ТАСС сообщил начальник управления по связям с общественностью и информации полиции Армении Ашот Агаронян.
Как сообщили в Министерстве здравоохранения Армении, группа захватила в заложники четверых медиков.
После ночной перестрелки на территории полка патрульно-постовой службы (ППС), захваченного вооруженной группой, оставалось еще двое пострадавших, сказал представитель полиции.
По его словам, в настоящий момент правоохранители проводят переговоры для освобождения врачей.
Ранее сообщалось, что в Ереване рядом с захваченным зданием ППС сотрудники полиции задержали около 30 человек.
Вооруженная группа захватила здание ППС 17 июля. Был убит один полицейский и четверо ранены.
