Отмечается, что на его должность назначен Игорь Васильев, который в настоящее время руководит Росреестром.
Белых обвиняется в получении взятки в особо крупном размере. Он был задержан 24 июня в московском ресторане. Суд арестовал его на два месяца, до 24 августа.
