Депутату Максиму Резнику отказано в регистрации кандидатом в депутаты ЗакС следующего созыва. Об этом сообщила «Фонтанка».
Такое решение приняла территориальная избирательная комиссия N2 Санкт-Петербурга. Решение принято на основании того, что 194 подписи из 1126, собранных за Резника, были забракованы комиссией. Из них 156 почерковеды признали как одинаковые или написанные одной рукой, ещё 38 – забраковала миграционная служба.
Таким образом, количество забракованных подписей превысило 10-процентный порог, и Резнику отказано в регистрации.
Издание отмечает, что представитель «Единой России» выступил против отказа Резнику в регистрации.
Депутат Максим Резник выдвинут еще и по списку «Партии Роста», вопрос о регистрации которой решится на следующей неделе.
