Президент Грузии Георгий Маргвелашвили призвал избирателей проявить активность на втором туре парламентских выборов, который может состояться, пишет РИА Новости.
«Судя по предварительным данным, будет назначен второй тур, так что прошу показать такую же активность и вовлеченность, как и 8 октября», — заявил Маргвелашвили.
Он отметил, что в целом выборы прошли в спокойной обстановке.
В субботу в республике прошли парламентские выборы по смешанной избирательной системе: по партийным спискам и по одномандатным округам. На места по партийным спискам претендовали 19 партий и шесть избирательных блоков. Им было необходимо получить минимум 5% голосов избирателей, чтобы пройти в парламент. Мажоритарным кандидатам нужно набрать 50% плюс один голос.
Согласно последним данным, «Грузинская мечта» набирает — 49,65%, «Единое национальное движение» — 26,63%, остальные партии 5%-й барьер не преодолевают.
