Валерий Асташко, причисляемый к «тамбовской» бизнес-группе Владимира Кумарина-Барсукова, осужден на 7,5 лет за участие в попытке хищения активов на 2,5 млрд руб, сообщает РБК.
Дело в отношении Асташко было выделено в отдельное производство в связи с заключением досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве. Он признан виновным по семи эпизодам ч.3 ст.30, ч.ст.159 Уголовного кодекса РФ (покушение на мошенничество в особо крупном размере).
Установлено, что в 2006 году Асташко, будучи генеральным директором ЗАО «Северо-Западный региональный терминал», совместно с членами организованной преступной группы совершил покушение на хищение имущества, общей стоимостью более 2,5 млрд руб. Преступная группа претендовали мошенническим путем получить права на доли в уставном капитале СП ЗАО «Петербургский нефтяной терминал», ОАО «Услуга», ЗАО «Кондитерская фабрика им.Н.К.Крупской», ООО «Невский 24», ООО «Лада Сервис», ООО «Универсам «Пулковский», ОАО «Канат», а также имущества указанных обществ.
