Госдума приняла в третьем и окончательном чтении проект закона о декриминализации побоев членами семьи.
За документ проголосовали 380 депутатов, трое депутатов от фракций ЛДПР и КПРФ проголосовали против.
Согласно принятому закону, побои в отношении близких родственников переводятся из уголовных преступлений в административные правонарушения, в случае если подобные действия были зафиксированы впервые. При этом второй и последующий случаи домашнего насилия предлагается оставить уголовными преступлениями.
Под «побоями» законодательство подразумевает действия, которые повлекли физическую боль, но не привели к кратковременному расстройству здоровья и утрате трудоспособности. Речь идет о ссадинах и синяках, а легкий вред здоровью по-прежнему будет наказываться по уголовной статье.
Ранее пресс-секретарь президента России Дмитрий Песков прокомментировал декриминализацию семейных побоев, заявив, что не нужно гипертрофированно оценивать «различные проявления семейных отношений».
