Как будто откололся кусочек молодости. 1983 год, киевский Дворец спорта, с трудом добытые билеты, бегающие лазерные звери на задней трибуне. И – музыка, которой тогда в СССР и быть не могло. Потом, правда, появилась поделка в виде латвийского ансамбля «Зодиак». Но поделка – она почти всегда подделка.

Игорь Трунов, представляющий интересы Маруани, сейчас говорит, что авторитетная экспертиза, проведенная АНО «Центр по проведению судебных экспертиз и исследований», установила – Киркоров пел под музыку, которая почти наполовину была слизана с произведения его клиента. Однако попытки решить вопрос в судебном порядке успехом не увенчались. Запутались в подсудности. И потому Маруани был готов пойти на мировое соглашение с соответствующим вознаграждением.
В свою очередь, главным действующим лицом со стороны Киркорова выступает известный защитник прав сильных и известных мира сего Александр Добровинский. Если суммировать его высказывания, то всё просто – никаких договорённостей не было, деньги у Киркорова фактически вымогали, наши органы не ошибаются. Важное дополнение – именно Добровинский приписал активное участие в этой истории пранкерам Лексусу и Вовану. Вплоть до такого поворота – на вопрос о том, что без участия пранкеров никакого уголовного дела против Трунова и Маруани бы не было, адвокат ответил: «Да, представьте себе». Те своё участие подтвердили. И получается, что это именно они первыми вышли на Маруани. Более того – выходит, что это именно с их подачи и образовалась та сумма отступных, которая сейчас фигурирует во всех СМИ – 1 млн евро.
Тему предстояло закрыть в офисе «Сбербанка» на Покровке. Туда и приехал Маруани со своими представителями. Только вместо ответчиков их встретили правоохранители. И, как в том фильме – «потянулась цепочка беззаконий». Достаточно сказать, что к месту событий не допустили ни прессу, ни, что куда важнее – юристов Леонида Матвеева и Вадима Казеева, которые должны были защищать интересы Трунова и Маруани. Они даже не могли созвониться со своими клиентами. Так что главным ньюсмейкером стал Добровинский, от которого и поступила информация о задержании «вымогателей» с поличным. Позднее прошёл слух, что будет возбуждено уголовное дело сразу по трём статьям УК РФ. Позднее стало известно, что сотрудники правоохранительных органов повезли задержанных в ОВД «Басманное», где их допрашивали в течение нескольких часов.
Любопытно, что сам Киркоров во всех этих событиях прямого участия не принимал. И похоже на то, что он, пообещав Маруани денежную компенсацию, одновременно накатал заявление в полицию о вымогательстве и распространении порочащих его сведений. Как-то не по-пацански, конечно. И стрелку продинамил, и подставу не предотвратил. Но у шоубизнесменов – свои причуды. И слово певца – уже не золотое слово. Так что француз зря назвал Киркорова мафиози. У Филиппа явно другая масть.
В целом же всё закончилось самым обычным образом. Вчера вечером стало известно, что Дидье Маруани разрешено беспрепятственно покинуть РФ. Судя по всему – с пустыми карманами. Хотя что мешало ему получить искомое более цивилизованным способом? Однако, похоже, желание пощупать кэш своими руками свойственно не только россиянам. Похоже, никакого уголовного дела не было и не будет. В некоторых кругах такие ситуации характеризуют просто – «взяли на понт». Или ещё проще – «развели».
Остальные получили свои дольки славы. Несколько подзабытый Александр Добровинский снова напомнил о своём мощном и авторитетном существовании. Телефонные хулиганы, у которых после провала с попыткой организации ток-шоу на одном из федеральных телеканалов могли наступить сложные времена, опять оказались в центре событий. Филипп Киркоров, который в последнее время памятен публике больше журналистскими кофточками, а ещё ранее – майкой цветов турецкого флага – вновь громко заявил о себе. Мы даже узнали, что есть такой композитор и сочинитель – Олег Попков, который вроде как и написал ту самую «Жестокую любовь» ещё лет 20 назад. Так что вероятен и встречный иск. Заодно страна получила очередную «мыльную оперу».
Что касается плагиата. Банально, но верно – идеи носятся в воздухе. Когда же их трудно поймать, в ход идут договорённости и платежи. Не постеснялась же Мадонна заплатить экс-членам АВВА $800 тысяч за фрагменты одной из их композиций.
А вообще всё сложно. Помнится, в 1970-е годы была такая группа – Eruption с суперхитом One Way Ticket. В чистом виде – советский шлягер «Синий, синий иней». Так знатоки утверждают – иностранцы честно выкупили права на эту композицию. Наверняка так же делает и российский «король ремейков».
