«Если у федерального органа власти есть своя точка зрения на «Охта центр» и есть выводы о том, что, на их взгляд, было нарушено законодательство, то сначала, наверное, их надо было направить в правительство Петербурга», — заявила губернатор Валентина Матвиенко, комментируя новость о том, что Росохранкультура направила в прокуратуру РФ документы о незаконности строительства «Охта центра». Об этом передает корреспондент «Фонтанки» с субботнего объезда города.
Валентина Матвиенко удивлена такой позицией Росохранкультуры, так как сотрудники органа были в курсе всех процессов, работали в составе комиссий, от них ничего не скрывали, и они могли высказывать свои претензии по ходу работы.
«Город не познакомили с материалами, — подчеркнула Матвиенко, отметив, что узнала об этом через СМИ. — Мы их получим, проанализируем, дадим юридические объяснения, сделаем выводы и посмотрим, кто в итоге будет прав с юридической точки зрения».
«Мы не хотим и не собираемся ничего делать незаконно. У нас неизменная позиция: все процедуры были соблюдены с точки зрения закона», — отметила Матвиенко.
