Президиум Высшего Арбитражного суда России обязал ОАО «НОМОС-Банк» вернуть ОАО «ОГК-2» средства в размере 710 млн руб, сообщает пресс-служба «ОГК-2».
Трехлетняя Опционная программа ОАО «ОГК-2», оператором которой выступил ОАО «НОМОС-БАНК» была запущена в ноябре 2007 г. В качестве затрат оператора на обслуживание программы банку были перечислены 710 млн руб. и вознаграждение в размере 25, 960 млн руб.
По мнению председателя Совета директоров ОАО «ОГК-2» Дениса Федорова, «Сегодня вся российская энергетика получила долгожданный сигнал о том, что права добросовестных инвесторов действительно защищаются Законом. Наконец-то средства вернутся в компанию и будут направлены на реализацию инвестиционных проектов. Уверен, что так же — справедливо и правильно — завершится и весь судебный «сериал», в котором мы вынуждены участвовать для возврата в ОГК-2 колоссальных средств, выведенных прежним менеджментом – как по «опционной программе», так и через «золотые парашюты», путем заключения необоснованных контрактов, чрезвычайно выгодных подрядчикам. Надеюсь, что в скором времени менеджмент получит возможность сконцентрироваться только на решении производственных задач», — прокомментировал господин Федоров.
