Итоги парламентских выборов в Дании показали, что результаты евровыборов-2019 следует воспринимать осторожно, с учётом явки в каждой отдельной стране. Так, в Дании на майских евровыборах первенствовала правительственная либеральная партия – а через декаду первое место уже за социал-демократами. Дело именно в том, что явка на этих голосованиях была далеко не одинаковая.
Конечно же, национальный парламент-фолькетинг датчане избирали активнее. Голосовать пришли 84,6%. В результате северная страна как бы опровергла тезис о поправении, характерном современного Евросоюза. В Дании правые популисты не только не прогрессируют, но оказались в электоральном нокдауне.
Почему партии правоцентристского парламентского большинства потерпели поражение в богатой и благополучной стране? Дания регулярно входит в тройку самых «счастливых» стран по международным рейтингам. Но, во-первых, сердцам скандинавов дорог принцип политического чередования. Во-вторых, у датчан есть основания желать перемен. С 2015 года у власти находилось правительство либеральной партии Венстре (буквальный перевод: «Левая» – полтораста лет назад, в момент основания, она таковой и была). Возглавлял его Ларс Лёкке Расмуссен. Курс которого не отличался политической последовательностью.
Как отмечает профессор Копенгагенского университета Берг Эргенсон, «датчане недовольны замораживанием экономического роста и политикой социальных субсидий». Дания по сравнению с Норвегией и Швецией считается более «буржуазной». Но и здесь очень сильны элементы солидарности. В частности, чересчур жёсткой и негуманной считается иммиграционная политика кабинета Расмуссена.
К тому же, после парламентских выборов 2015-го Венстре оказалась лишь третьей по влиянию партией. Она не смогла сформировать многопартийную «синюю» коалицию. Но либеральный кабинет был приведён к присяге – его поддержали правые популисты из Датской народной партии (ДНП). Сами они в правительство не вошли, но либералам приходилось постоянно оглядываться на «народников», учитывать позицию ДНП по налогам, миграции, евроинтеграции и т. д. Партнёрствовать с такой партией довольно сложно, хотя ДНП вынуждена была несколько смягчить свои установки. Расмуссен откровенно заявлял, что предпочёл бы блок с партией «Социал-демократы» (СД). Хотя в Скандинавии сотрудничество крупных право- и левоцентристских партий не считается хорошим тоном…
На выборах 5 июня Венстре получила 23,4% голосов, а ДНП – всего 8,7%. Лидеру национал-популистов юристу-харизматику Кристиан Тулесен Даль придётся о многом задуматься. Может быть, своими манёврами он не приобрёл новых сторонников, зато потерял прежних? Как бы то ни было, разгромный результат крайне правых сделал невозможным «синее» большинство. Настал час «красных».
Статус первой партии сохранили СД с 25,9% голосов. Председатель партии Метте Фредериксен поспешила заявить об «исторической победе». Праздновали не только сами эсдеки, но и социал-либералы, и левые экологисты – все они расширили свою поддержку. Левые и левоцентристы имеют в новом составе фолькетинга абсолютное большинство.
Расмуссен подал в отставку. Королева Маргарете II предложила Фредериксен формировать новое правительство. Нынешняя лидер СД уже почти два десятилетия заседает в парламенте, побывала она и министром (занятости и юстиции). Последние четыре года возглавляет датскую социал-демократию.
СД в своей предвыборной кампании обещали увеличить бюджетные расходы, как и налоги на предприятия, отказаться от увеличения пенсионного возраста, смягчить иммиграционную политику. И такие идеи встретили в обществе поддержку! Значит, не так всё однозначно в политических раскладах старого континента.
