Станет ли новая Рада украинским Конвентом?
Сечевая демократия
В канун выборов телевизионный экзит-полл давал примерно такой расклад: первое место – Блок Петра Порошенко (24%), второе – «Народный фронт» Арсения Яценюка (22%), третье – «Самопомощь» львовского мэра Андрея Садового (12,5%), четвёртое – Радикальная партия Олега Ляшко (7%), пятое – пророссийский «Оппозиционный блок» Юрия Бойко (6,6%); шестое – «Свобода» Олега Тягнибока ( 6,3%); седьмое – «Батькивщина» Юлии Тимошенко (6%). Примерно такие цифры дают и результаты обработки более 30% бюллетеней, но НФ, по некоторым данным, обходит БПП.
Во многом выборы 26 октября отражают настроения избирателей, зафиксированные на президентских выборах 25 мая. Хотя и чувствуется усталость от войны и нестабильности – явка ненамного превышает 50%. Как и в России, в Украине активнее голосуют на президентских выборах. 25 мая сознательный электорат шел голосовать, чтобы в условиях АТО поскорее выбрать в один тур легитимного гетмана. Чем не «военная демократия» времён Сечи?
Само собой, в новую Раду прошли 5-й и 6-й в списке БПП — крымчане Мустафа Джемилев и верный присяге и воинскому долгу Юлий Мамчур. Будут во фракции БПП и депутаты по квотам Порошенко, УДАРа Виталия Кличко, бизнесмена Дмитрия Фирташа, Сергея Лёвочкина и Игоря Коломойского. По округу в Виннице, от которого раньше избирался Порошенко, лидирует его сын Алексей. Сам глава государства выполнил свой гражданский долг и отдал голос за «европейское будущее» во временной столице Донецкой области и ставке сил АТО – Краматорске. Откуда Валерий Гелетей в июле выгнал «стрелков» Гиркина.
Кстати, воспользовалась своими правами украинской гражданки и проголосовала в харьковском СИЗО экс-мэр Славянска Неля Штепа. За неделю до выборов ИТАР-ТАСС было уполномочено заявить, что прототип героини мультфильма «Ватница-мутант» якобы жестоко избита в прокуратуре. Судя по фото со спецучастка, узница бандеровских застенков выглядит бодрой и веселой.
В новом созыве Рады снова будут лидеры «Народного фронта» — Арсений Яценюк, Александр Турчинов, Арсен Аваков, Андрей Парубий. Из новых фронтменов – журналистка Татьяна Черновол и координатор Информационного Сопротивления Дмитрий Тымчук, ветеран Ирака.
Конечно, особо отметим и почётную бронзу ВО «Самопомощь», которую вели львовский мэр Андрей Садовый и командир батальона «Донбасс» Семен Семенченко, бургомистр «Бандерштадта» и русский из города-героя Севастополя, «Cхiд i Захiд разом!».
Из «оранжевых» партий Майдана не проходят «Гражданская позиция» экс-министра обороны Анатолия Гриценко, поддержанного в мае почти миллионом избирателей, и последовательные национал-популисты – «Правый Сектор». Но лидер ПС Дмитрий Ярош победил по 39-му округу в Васильковке на Днепропетровщине. Будет в новой Раде и первый номер «Батькивщины» – лётчица Надежда Савченка, и 5-й в списке РП Ляшко – Герой Украины Юрий-Богдан Шухевич. 81-летний сын Романа Шухевича, подписавший февральское обращение с призывом не навязывать дончанам и крымчанам галицийского образа жизни, дабы они не ощущали себя чужими в Украине.
УДАР по ОБлу
Компартия Украины повторила знакомый трюк. Весной от старших московских товарищей было получено моральное одобрение на участие в выборной кампании. А возможно, и некий более весомый бонус. На неделе КПУ снова «соскочила» и призвала голосовать за «Оппозиционный блок» (ОБло) во главе с экс-министром энергетики Юрием Бойко, связанным по делам RusUkrEnerg c Дмитрием Фирташем, Дмитрием Медведевым и Константином Чуйченко. Также в списке президент Всеукраинского еврейского конгресса Вадим Рабинович, Наталья Королевская, Нестор Шуфрич, три экс-губернатора – днепропетровский Александр Вилкул, одесский Николай Скорик и не нуждающийся в представлениях Михаил Добкин-Допа.
Под похожим названием (ОБ «Не так!») в Раду ещё в 2006 году безуспешно пытались пройти наследники СДПУ(о) – всё тот же Нестор Шуфрич (ныне 7-й в «ОБло»), дружный с Юлией Тимошенко, и экс-президент Леонид Кравчук.
По предварительным данным, «ОБло» добился локального успеха в зоне АТО – 35% на Донеччине и Луганщие, а также на Харьковщине. Другие регионы т.н. «Новороссии» (в украинской терминологии «мягкий» Юго-Восток) дали «угля» за реанимированную «Сильную Украину» Сергея Тигипко — «Януковича с человеческим лицом», в прошлом компаньона Игоря Коломойского по Приватбанку.
А Симоненко 25 октября на встрече с делегацией Европарламента заявил, что независимо от результатов голосования, КПУ не признает эти выборы ни демократическими, ни легитимными. Мол, из-за «преступной политики» новой украинской власти, которая якобы привела к утрате Крыма и «развязала войну на Донбассе», «радикально искривлено все электоральное поле». По словам Симоненко, миллионы якобы проголосуют за партии Майдана «под дулами автоматов», а жители ДНР, ЛНР и Крыма «лишены возможности принять участие в выборах и выразить свою волю». Хотя разве не московские партнёры Симоненко «искривили» территорию Украины?
Есть ли жизнь на Марсе, который грозится колонизировать Дмитрий Рогозин, питавшийся «наколотыми апельсинами» на Оранжевом Майдане-2004? Есть ли будущее у коммунистического движения Украины? На наш взгляд, в формате нынешней КПУ или ПСПУ Натальи Витренко – нет и не предвидится. Как и у объединения «Боротьба», не по праву присвоившего название газеты национал-коммунистов, выступавших на независимость УССР от РКП(б) и РСФСР. В глазах большинства украинцев это враги стародавней козацкой славы и воли, «пятая колонна», сознательные агенты и пособники кремлевского империализма, на чьей совести – гибель тысяч людей на Донбассе.
Возможно ли появление адекватной классово-марксистской альтернативы заигравшимся «красным олигархам» вроде Симоненко и клана Калетников? И ограничивается ли свобода дискурса только наследием исторических «боротьбистов» и анархо-коммуниста Нестора Махно? Чёрный флаг вольного запорожца из Гуляйполя реял над баррикадами Евромайдана, рядом с портретами Степана Бандеры и Юлии Тимошенко. Пока многие восхищаются ритуальным ленинопадом, мы советуем внимательно и непредвзято почитать падающего автора по украинскому вопросу. Трезво и здраво сопоставить разные точки зрения, а не повторять шаблонные заготовки белогвардейских и нацистских агиток, которых начитался Гиркин.
А лучше всего обратиться сразу к первоистокам Революции Достоинства. Майдан – это продолжение «забытой революции» — великой европейской Весны Народов 1848 года. Активно участвовали в ней (в основном на стороне умеренных фракций) галицкие мещане и селяне, прямые предки сечевых стрельцов ЗУНР, повстанцев УПА, добровольцев Самообороны Майдана и Нацгвардии, мучеников Небесной Сотни. Один из программных документов Весны Народов – «Коммунистический манифест». Диалектика исторического процесса в том, что коммунисты – политическая сила, рожденная Майданом своей эпохи. Тот же тунисский Жасмин-2 одними из первых поддержали египетские коммунисты, вышедшие потом на Тахрир.
Есть сведения, что Че Гевара переписывался с Бандерой, брал у него советы по ведению герильи, даже приглашал участвовать в десанте с «Гранмы». Фиделю Кастро приписывают слова: «Если бы не они (бандеровцы – Авт.) мы бы никогда не продвинулись дальше предместий Сантьяго (Сантьяго-де-Куба – Авт.)». План взятия города Санта-Клара (где сейчас мавзолей Че) будто бы расписали до деталей штабисты ОУН(б). Утверждается даже, что якобы Гевара винил Рауля Кастро в гибели Бандеры, убитого по приказу Хрущёва и Шелепина. Кстати, а откуда позаимствовали расцветку флагов кастровское «Движение 26 июля», никарагуанские сандинисты и ангольская МПЛА?
Приведем цитаты идеологов и пропагандистов ОУН и УПА. «Украинский народ ведёт борьбу против клики империалистических обманщиков и изменников передовых идеалов большой революции 1917 года» (Летопись УПА). «Только в самостоятельном украинском государстве сможем углубить и закрепить социальные достижения Октябрьской революции» (Иван Митринга). «Борьба под красным флагом ведется во всем мире и это справедливая борьба».
Весной политолог Андрей Окара написал, что сейчас главная борьба в Украине – вовсе не по поводу Бандеры, Сталина, Януковича, Путина, Дня Победы или русского языка, как иногда кажется. Главная борьба – вокруг люмпенства/нелюмпенства, разных моделей человека и человечества в целом, разных смыслов бытия и существования. Да и не только в Украине – по всему миру тоже.
Новые вызовы
Неделя пред выборами в Раду показала, что у врагов Украинской революции появился новый союзник – «Исламское государство», устроившее новое «11 сентября» в Оттаве, столице страны с миллионной украинской диаспорой. Премьер-«тори» Стивен Харпер из лидеров стран G7 считается самым надёжным союзником киевской «хунты». В пятничной Валдайской речи скользкую тему ИГИЛ мимоходом затронул и Владимир Путин. Какие выводы сделают адресаты, правильно ли поймут, услышат Валдай или будут и дальше смешить «Искандеры»?
Стоит отметить и обмен мнениями, который затеяли Алексей Навальный и Михаил Ходорковский вокруг крымского «бутерброда» и его «муниципализации». Их устами могли говорить не они сами, а стоящие за ними башни Кремля. Проект «Новороссия» хотя бы на время сворачиваем, но Крым «наш», не вернём и точка. А там глядишь, свергнем «хунту» руками других «укронациков», проплатим подставной «Майдан 3.0», скрепим «Русский мир» духовными бесами-бабаями-бородаями и прочей «православной Аль-Каидой».
Возможно, эти сигналы уловил киевский обозреватель Виталий Портников, знакомый с московской политкухней. В очередной публикации для Радио «Свобода» он допустил такой компромиссный вариант решения проблемы Крыма: сохранение за крымскими «новороссиянами» права голоса на муниципальных выборах в случае возвращения «бутерброда» Украине. Но стоит прислушаться и к Андрею Илларионову – ставка в Кремле сделана не на компромиссы, а на свержение или даже устранение Порошенко до конца 2015 года.
Если Андрей Пионтковский видит «партию войны» («шестую палату») и «партию мира» («шестую колонну»), то в реальности дело может обстоять сложнее. Внутри каждой колонны или палаты есть свои «ястребы» и «голуби», со своими бизнес-интересами и филиалами в Украине, Крыму и Новороссии с ДНР/ЛНР. Арбитр же и модератор выступает питоном Каа перед отощавшими от санкций бандерлогами.

На одном из домов в Мелитополе пытались вывесить флаг ДНР. Настораживает попытка захвата горсовета в Лозовой — узловой станции, связывающей Харьков, Крым, Донбасс и Днепр. Могла ли это быть «разведка боем» на будущее? Снова стреляли и у Волновахи.
Впереди будничная, рутинная работа первого постреволюцинного парламента. Своего рода украинского Конвента. Если будет сформировано коалиционное правительство с участием «Самопомощи» комбата Семенченко, «фронтовик» Яценюк останется премьером коалиционного правительства, а его коллега Турчинов спикером Рады. Это значит, что внутри украинского истеблишмента достигнут консенсус. Единым фронтом, одной командой бороться за общее правое дело. Строить новую Украину, защищать козацкую славу и волю. Демократическую республику вместо олигархической, «народный капитализм» вместо «кумовского», Усиливать боеспособность революционной армии. Чистить авгиевы конюшни кумовства и коррупции.
Чистку еще в 1998 обещал тогдашний крымский спикер-коммунист Леонид Грач, кум ныне ушедшего в тень экс-главы администрации президента РФ Александра Волошина. Расчищал, правда, «бандеровец» Геннадий Москаль. А доктор исторических наук Грач тем временем делал научные открытия: битву со шведами под Полтавой выиграл Александр Невский. И именно с подачи Грача фото генерала вермахта Рейнхарда Гелена выдавалось за фото узника концлагеря Маутхаузен Степана Бандеры. Ныне Грач получил гражданство РФ и медаль «За возвращение Крыма». И ни его, ни даже КПРФ новые хозяева Крыма не пустили в Госсовет. Вот и строчатся кляузы нынешнему главе кремлёвской администрации Сергею Иванову. Волошинский кум сделал свой выбор.
Украинцы в большинстве своём тоже свой выбор сделали. Двигаться вперед, созидать и развиваться. Несмотря на потерю Крыма, прессинг Меджлиса, грубые пропагандистские фальшивки псевдокоммунистов про нацистов-бандеровцев, «гибридное перемирие» на Донбассе, добрососедский газовый шантаж, террор ИГИЛ против дружественной Канады, мелкие пакости разнокалиберных йоббиков, шрёдеров и грегоров из влиятельного прокремлевского лобби в Евросоюзе и даже за океаном.
«Майданная» многопартийность говорит о гибкости и жизнеспособности формирующейся в Украине новой политической системы.
