В этом случае Россию ждет резкая девальвация, но падение ВВП будет далеко не таким сильным, как во время кризиса 2008-2009 годов. «Сценарные условия кризисного варианта прогноза социально-экономического развития в 2013-2015 годах», которые Минэкономразвития представило премьер-министру Дмитрию Медведеву, со ссылкой на «Финмаркет» приводит NEWSru.
Умеренно-оптимистичный вариант развития ситуации предполагает, что еврозона сможет снизить остроту финансового кризиса и возобновит экономический рост в 2013 году. Темп роста мировой экономики, согласно этому сценарию, составит в 2012-2013 годах 3-3,5%, а в 2014-2015 годах может ускориться до 4%. Рост российской экономики в 2012-2015 годах составит в этом случае 3,4-4,7%.
Наряду с этим в Минэкономразвития подготовили два варианта углубления экономического кризиса – «мягкий» «сценарий А», и «жесткий» «сценарий А2».
«Сценарий А» предполагает, что углубление долгового кризиса остановить не удастся. Согласно ему, большинство стран еврозоны в 2013 году будут находиться в рецессии, и выход из финансового кризиса займет несколько лет.
Цена на нефть, согласно «мягкому» варианту, сначала упадет в 2012-2013 годах до 80 долларов за баррель, но затем снова начнет расти. Рост российской экономики, в соответствии с этим сценарием, в 2013 году может замедлиться до 0,5-1,2%, а затем выйти на траекторию 3-3,7% в год.
