Списки своих кандидатов в ЗакС «Единая Россия» представила едва ли не последней из всех партий, опередив только «Яблоко». Согласовывали долго, муторно. Утряска продолжается и по сей день: кто-то снимает свою кандидатуру, кто-то передвигается по списку ступенькой выше. Фракция обещает заметно обновиться.
Миссию паровоза, как и в 2011-м, ритуально предложили губернатору. Прошлый раз тот ритуально согласился, нынче – ритуально отказался. В итоге возглавил список сам спикер ЗакСа и лидер партии в Петербурге Вячеслав Макаров. Впрочем, позиция эта чисто номинальная: «по-настоящему» полковник Макаров баллотируется в одномандатном округе у себя на Петроградке, где проходит в парламент с вероятностью 99, 99%. А вот остальные четыре проходных места в первой пятёрке отданы людям, чьи фамилии избирателю ни о чём не говорят (даже перечислять их скучно). В одномандатных округах у них не было бы ни малейшего шанса.
Как видим, ни один действующий парламентарий кроме самого спикера до надсписочной части допущен не был. Зато все допущенные — безусловно преданы Вячеславу Серафимовичу. И все они безусловно депутатами станут. По факту. Нынешним же обитателям Мариинского дворца чтобы вернуться в насиженные кресла придётся изрядно попотеть.
Из двадцати действующих народных избранников от «Единой России» баллотируются шестнадцать. Светлану Нестерову из всех реестров политкорректно вычеркнули. Пока не осуждена, могла бы и избраться. Но – мошенничество, арест… Не комильфо, решили верные сопартийцы.
Не выдвигаются Сергей Шатуновский, сын депутата четырёх созывов Владимира Гольмана, и Татьяна Захаренкова, подруга вице-спикера Сергея Анденко. У первого не сложились отношения с главой Центрального района, одной из фавориток нынешней избирательной кампании Марией Щербаковой, у второй – с самим спикером. А Евгения Марченко, видимо, от греха подальше, отправили покорять Госдуму.
Шансы соискателей распределились явно неравномерно. Разница между фаворитами и аутсайдерами бьёт в глаза.
Троим депутатам-единороссам позволили выдвинуться сразу и в одномандатных округах, и по списку. Анатолий Дроздов, Игорь Высоцкий, Сергей Никешин мандаты себе, считай, обеспечили.
На такие же льготы претендовали ещё минимум шесть мэтров законодательного процесса: Елена Киселёва, Елена Рахова, Любовь Егорова, Алексей Макаров, Сергей Соловьёв, Александр Кущак. И вроде бы даже всё было договорено. В последний момент обломилось. Пойдут они только в одномандатных округах.
Самые высокие шансы из этой шестёрки аналитики отдают Соловьёву, Раховой и Киселёвой. Последней — посланнице Народного фронта — прочат карьеру вице-спикера. А если полковник Макаров вознамерится отбыть в Совет Федерации — то и спикера. Про леди, до недавних пор крупную деятельницу фармацевтического бизнеса, говорят, что она самостоятельна, энергична, умеет поймать нужный момент и при этом почтительна к старшим. В качестве пикантной детали обязательно добавляют, что по образованию Елена Юрьевна провизор, аккурат как и Валентина Матвиенко. Намекая, что губернатор-женщина у нас уже была, теперь пора обзавестись женщиной-спикером. (Коллега из провластного издания даже умилился: «Она и внешне на Валентину Ивановну чем-то похожа!..».) Кандидатура Киселёвой должна устроить всех: и Народный фронт, и «Единую Россию», и Смольный.
По персональному округу партия выделила также Сергею Анденко, Андрею Васильеву и двум депутатам – перебежчикам из «Справедливой России», Андрею Анохину и Андрею Горшечникову. А своим – Виталию Мартыненко, Андрею Черныху и ещё одному экс-справороссу Вадиму Ларионову и этого не досталось. Говорят, они должны быть довольны, что получили хотя бы первые места в территориальных группах по списку. С крайне сомнительной вероятностью на успех.
Особняком стоит Виталий Милонов, который нацелился на мандат федерального парламента, но делом чести для себя считает пройти и в ЗакС. И именно в своей вотчине – Кировском районе, где он нарочито скромно выдвинулся только по партсписку.

Например, уже несколько месяцев жители района получают от Виталия Валентиновича поздравительные открытки ко всем праздникам подряд. Сторонник традиционализма и патриархальной эстетики Милонов ведёт кампанию по-западному, с участием жены и детей. А недавно в Царском Селе, где православный депутат будет избираться в Госдуму, а по одномандатному округу в ЗакС выдвинулся муниципал Юрий Бочков, появились внушительные рекламные конструкции в виде кубов. На одной стороне такого куба написано «Бочков», на другой – «Милонов».
Больше всех не повезло актрисе Анастасии Мельниковой. На выборах 2011-го она шла в первой тройке единороссов вслед за Полтавченко и Макаровым. Кандидат № 3 смотрела со всех обложек и первых газетных полос в компании с первыми людьми города. Всюду уважение и почёт.
А в этот раз бедная Настя не то, что в первую пятёрку не пробилась – её задвинули на заведомо непроходное место вторым номером в территориальной группе списка, где первым идёт один из трёх счастливчиков Высоцкий.
