Альфа-банк подал новый иск к двум предприятиям холдинга "Русал" Олега Дерипаски, сообщает "Интерфакс" со ссылкой на материалы Арбитражного суда. Сумма общего иска к "Сибирско-Уральской алюминиевой компании" (СУАЛу) и "Русал Красноярский алюминиевый завод" (КрАЗу) составляет 8,7 миллиона долларов.
23 октября заместитель председателя правления Альфа-банка Владимир Татарчук предупреждал, что финансовая организация в ближайшее время может подать иски о взыскании с СУАЛа и КрАЗа пеней и штрафов, возникших в результате просрочки кредитов банка.
В свою очередь, в "Русале" заявили, что готовы выплатить неустойку, как только будет назван размер причитающейся Альфа-банку суммы. "Русал" всегда выполнял, выполняет и будет выполнять все свои обязательства по кредитным соглашениям с Альфа-банком", — отметили в холдинге.
В тот же день, 23 октября Татарчук заявил, что Альфа-банк может подать также иск, связанный с отказом арбитражных судов Свердловской области и Красноярского края принять заявление о банкротстве СУАЛа и КрАЗа. Указанные иски были поданы 24 сентября в связи с просрочкой предприятий по кредитам, выданным Альфа-банком. В тот же день "Русал" выплатил финансовой организации 85,9 миллиона долларов.
