В Арбитражный суд Москвы поступил иск от нефтяной компании «Башнефть» к «Транснефти», сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на материалы суда.
Суть и детали иска не уточняются.
Ранее, 25 января, нефтяная компания «Роснефть» подала иск к «Транснефти» в рамках разбирательства об условиях транспортировки нефти компании «Транснефтью».
С декабря суд ввел обеспечительные меры в рамках разбирательства между двумя компаниями, по которым «Транснефти» было запрещено прекращать транспортировку нефти «Роснефти».
26 января появились сообщения о том, что экс-президент «Башнефти» Александр Корсик стал кандидатом в совет директоров «Транснефти».
