30 июня в Москве состоялось годовое общее собрание акционеров ОАО «Мостотрест», сообщила сегодня пресс-служба компании. На собрании было принято решение о выплате дивидендов по итогам 2009 года в размере 645 рублей на одну обыкновенную акцию.
В прошлом году выручка компании по РСБУ составила 33,2 млрд рублей, что на 16% больше показателя 2008 года. Чистая прибыль увеличилась в 6,7 раз, до 3,37 млрд рублей. Общая стоимость завершенных проектов достигла 22,4 млрд рублей.
Положительное влияние на бизнес компании оказывает увеличение числа перспективных инфраструктурных проектов в России. В 2009 г. портфель заказов ОАО «Мостотрест» увеличился более чем на 18,5 млрд рублей. Компания сдала в эксплуатацию 50 отдельных объектов.
По решению Общего собрания акционеров ОАО «Мостотрест», в состав совета директоров вошли: Михаил Абызов, Николай Степанов, Денис Демидов, Мария Журба, Георгий Коряшкин, Данил Никитин, Елена Сухорукова, Олег Тони и Сергей Шевчук.
