В связи с кризисом на российском рынке страхования наблюдается рост жалоб на несоблюдение страховыми компаниями заключенных договоров. Об этом корреспонденту «В кризис.ру» сообщили представители сразу нескольких фирм, занимающихся юридической консультацией.
«Сейчас на рынке страхования творится просто какое-то безумие. Страховые компании не выполняют взятые на себя обязательства, ищут любые способы уклонения от страховых выплат. Затягивают процесс и стараются минимизировать выплаты», — рассказывает директор юридической фирмы «ГЛОБУС» Ирина Кононова.
«В последнее время страховые компании стали вести себя очень нагло со своими клиентами. Такое впечатление, что им наплевать на репутацию. Чтобы получить страховую выплату, необходимо иметь знакомого в страховой компании и под гарантией такого человека заключать с компанией договор. Иначе многие страховщики постараются приложить все усилия для несоблюдения договора, вплоть до полного отказа выплаты страховки. Самым распространенным нарушением практически всех страховых компаний является несоблюдение сроков выплаты. Таким образом они получают денежный лимит, бесплатно пользуются деньгами своих клиентов», — объясняет управляющий партнер юр.фирмы «Гольдштейн и Партнеры» Иосиф Гольдштейн.
