Кроме того, ФАС разрешила ОСК купить 88,32 % акций ОАО «Балтийский завод» (также принадлежит ОПК).
Активы Объединенной промышленной корпорации «Судостроение» («Северная верфь», ЦКБ «Айсберг» и Балтийский завод) находятся в залоге у Банка России по кредитам на общую сумму 32 миллиарда рублей, выданным обанкротившемуся в прошлом году Межпромбанку.
