Он связывает снижение спроса с недоступностью кредитов. Рублевые цены на телефоны повышаются из-за девальвации, их продажи в количественном выражении, по оценке гендиректора «Недели сотовых технологий» Дениса Кускова, в 2009 г. снизятся на 20-25%.
Сегмент сотовых телефонов уязвим, средняя цена покупки упала с $205-220 до $160, отмечает Илья Новохатский, PR-директор «Эльдорадо». Покупательский спрос сместился в экономсегмент, согласна Ульяна Смольская, представитель «Евросети».
По данным «Связного», доля телефонов стоимостью до 1500 руб. с ноября по январь выросла на 21,8%, телефонов за 3000-4999 руб. — на 13,2%, за 7500-9999 руб. — на 11,6%, за 15 000-24 999 руб. — на 2,4%. По данным «Евросети», средний чек (без платежей) в феврале 2009 г. вырос на 3,8% по сравнению с февралем 2008 г., а средняя стоимость проданного телефона увеличилась на 1,6%. Увеличился срок реплейсмента, замены старой трубки на новую, — с 2 до 2,5 года.
На бюджетные модели приходится половина продаж, отмечает Эльдар Муртазин, ведущий аналитик Mobile Research Group. В Петербурге и Ленобласти, по оценке J’son & Partners, в 2008 г. продано телефонов примерно на $400 млн. В Петербурге в прошлом году было продано около 2 млн трубок, говорит Кусков.
Рынок сужается, подтверждает директор петербургского филиала «Вымпелкома» Алексей Кузнецов. Потребители переориентируются на более доступные тарифы и услуги сотовой связи, замечает Тимофей Ващилин, коммерческий директор «Tele2 Санкт-Петербург». В прошлом году оператор открыл в Петербурге 21 салон, увеличив сеть до 32 точек. Сеть будет расширяться, уверяет Ващилин. У МТС, по данным компании, в Петербурге и Ленобласти около 40 точек продаж и обслуживания. В 2008 г. в Петербурге и области заработало 10 салонов «Билайн».
В октябре прошлого года «Вымпелком» купил 49,9% «Евросети», в феврале МТС приобрела 100% акций «Телефон.ру». У этих ритейлеров соответственно 445 и 35 салонов в Петербурге. В конце января о намерениях купить 49% «Цифрограда» заявил третий оператор — «Мегафон».
Продажи телефонов составляют около 40-50% выручки сотовых ритейлеров, говорит Денисов. Из-за спада продаж операторы потеряют 5-10% выручки, а дилеры — более 20%, полагает Кусков. Ни один из салонов сейчас не выполняет норму продажи, утверждает Муртазин. По его словам, чтобы салон в Петербурге был рентабельным, он должен продавать 220 телефонов в месяц. Новохатский говорит, что рентабельность мобильной розницы и до кризиса не превышала 1-2%, а сейчас большинство сетей работают в минус.
До начала кризиса в Петербурге работало 750 салонов продаж, после кризиса останется 400, прогнозирует Кусков. С уходом с рынка сетей «Беталинк» и «Диксис» число точек сократилось на 24%. «Евросеть» с начала 2009 г. закрыла 12% точек в Петербурге и Ленобласти. В первую очередь под сокращение попадают нерентабельные салоны с завышенной арендной платой, арендодатели которых не идут на снижение ставок, говорит Смольская. Аренда в Петербурге подешевела пока лишь на 10%, хотя в Москве ставки снизились на 15%, на Урале — на 20-30%, сокрушается Елена Ноготкова, представитель «Связного». Если компания не договорится с арендодателями, ей придется закрыть от 10% до 15% своих салонов в Петербурге, опасается она.
Перераспределение долей, по словам Муртазина, возможно в следующем году, когда операторы перейдут к активным действиям на розничном рынке — продаже операторских телефонов и разработке специальных предложений.
