Холдинг РБК продолжит развивать свою деятельность в интернете. Одной из мер в рамках этой программы станет объединение неделовых ресурсов в единый портал, сообщается в отчете компании "РБК Информационные Системы" за третий квартал 2009 года.
Какие именно ресурсы будут объединены, в документе не указывается. Согласно данным холдинга, размещенным на его сайте, его активы делятся на три категории: "бизнес-медиа", "стиль & интерьер" и "массовые сервисы". К последним двум относятся ИД "Салон-пресс", журналы Autonews и Lifetime, портал tata.ru, а также сервисы "Почта.ru", "Yтро.ru", "PhotoFile.ru", "Loveplanet.ru", "Anekdot.ru", "Fidel.ru"‘ и другие.
В отчете также указывается, что РБК намерен увеличить прибыльность деловых интернет-ресурсов, а также повысить монетизацию массовых сервисов. Как отмечается, доля интернета в выручке холдинга продолжает расти.
Тем временем финансовые показатели РБК по-прежнему ухудшаются. Так, стоимость чистых активов холдинга составила по итогам третьего квартала 3,722 миллиарда рублей, снизившись по сравнению с прошлым годом на 38,3 процента. В то же время выросло отношение привлеченных активов к капиталу и резервам компании: если в прошлом году оно составило 54,3 процента, то в 2009 году — уже 107,96 процента.
Недавно РБК удалось договориться о реструктуризации своей задолженности с кредиторами. По условиям договоренности, ее сумма будет увеличена на десять процентов и поделена на две части. Первая из них будет выплачена пятилетними облигациями, а схема погашения второй части еще будет уточняться.
Соглашение с кредиторами позволит претендующей на РБК группе "Онэксим" Михаила Прохорова приобрести контроль в холдинге за 80 миллионов долларов.
