Правительство утвердило экспортную пошлину на нефть с 1 марта в размере 115,3 доллара за тонну, соответствующее постановление, подписанное 24 февраля премьер-министром Владимиром Путиным, опубликовано в среду в «Российской газете».
С 1 февраля экспортная пошлина составляет 100,9 доллара за тонну. Таким образом, впервые за последние четыре месяца произойдет повышение нефтяной пошлины, связанное со стабилизацией цены на нефть.
Экспортная пошлина на светлые нефтепродукты с 1 марта повысится до 90 долларов за тонну с 80,3 доллара за тонну, на темные нефтепродукты пошлина увеличится до 48,5 доллара за тонну с нынешних 43,2 доллара за тонну.
Правительство РФ прошлой осенью из-за снижения мировых цен на нефть изменило порядок расчета и установления экспортных пошлин на сырую нефть и нефтепродукты. Период мониторинга цен на нефть и срок установления пошлин был сокращен с двух до одного месяца в целях более оперативного реагирования на меняющуюся конъюнктуру. Это снизило налоговую нагрузку на нефтяные компании.
